Lambton College hosts third annual Sarnia-Lambton Water Symposium

SARNIA, April 11, 2017 – Water and wastewater research and technology will once again be the topic of discussion during the third annual Sarnia-Lambton Water Symposium, scheduled to take place this Thursday, April 13, at the Lambton College Event Centre.

Hosted by the Lambton Water Centre (LWC) in partnership with the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park and Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership, the Water Symposium will provide a platform for water focused industry, municipalities, government organizations and academia to share related initiatives and new technologies from across the water and wastewater sector. The event will also provide an opportunity for networking and partnership building.

Over 100 registrants from across the province are expected to be in attendance to learn about new trends and technologies in water treatment, storm water management, energy management, and other water themed topics through 13 scheduled presentations.

The Water Symposium will promote the capacity and expertise of LWC and the Sarnia-Lambton region to support the development of water technologies, services and processes for commercialization.
