This certification course is designed to teach the skills and techniques of crisis prevention & intervention to the human service professional. This is a hands-on experiential course where the required skill will be taught through role plays and exercises. Students will learn how to respond appropriately to defuse the anger and/or frustration in the disruptive individual.
