Lambton College celebrates Academic Awards recognizing achievements and excellence

SARNIA, April 5, 2022 – Hard-working and high-achieving Lambton College students are receiving more than $350,000 in scholarships and academic awards this year.

The annual Academic Award ceremonies, which are being celebrated in-person for the first time in two years, will recognize more than 100 students across all academic programs who have earned awards for their academic effort, dedication to student groups, and commitment to the community.

“The Lambton College Academic Awards recognize a wide range of students for their hard work and dedication and I’m proud and honoured to celebrate every one of them,” says Rob Kardas, President & CEO, Lambton College. “The past two years have not been easy for students, and I extend my congratulations to all of our award recipients on their achievements. I’d also like to thank our donors and partners for so generously helping our students succeed during their time at our College.”

The awards will be presented over a series of breakfast celebrations taking place at the Lambton College Event Centre on April 5, 6, and 7. The small ceremonies will also give students the opportunity to network with donors while enjoying a hot breakfast.
