Globally Recognized English Language Proficiency Test Now Administered at Lambton College
SARNIA, April 15, 2025 – One of the world’s most widely recognized English language proficiency tests is now available at Lambton College.
A new partnership between the College and ILSC Education Group means that the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam can now be administered locally.
Beginning this month, Lambton College is now recognized as an official IELTS Test Venue, providing Lambton students and other test-takers in the Sarnia-Lambton region with a valuable credential for educational, immigration, and professional purposes.
The IELTS Test is recognized by over 10,000 organizations worldwide as proof of English proficiency for higher-education admissions and immigration, and is one of the tests accepted in Canada for the new Post-Graduate Work Permit requirement that was introduced by the Federal Government in November 2024.
