We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, VISA Debit, MasterCard Debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay for ticket purchases online. Unfortunately, we don’t accept debit cards, cheques, money orders or EFTs.
First, check your junk/spam mail folder – sometimes the confirmation email for ticket purchases goes
into junk mail.
If you haven’t received your email ticket confirmation 30 minutes after you’ve purchased your tickets, visit Rafflebox support
When you buy your ticket, you’ll get a digital email with several numbers on it, each representing a chance to win. These numbers are randomly assigned, and no specific numbers can be requested.
Each draw is separate, so your tickets are only good for the current draw. After February 3, 2025, the
new draw will begin, and tickets will reset for the jackpot.
Unfortunately, lottery tickets for a chance to win are not eligible for tax receipts, as per Canada Revenue
Agency guidelines.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before the draw, but once the draw has happened,
ticket purchases are non-refundable.
