This online, competency-based Micro-credential is designed to introduce learners to client and family rights as they pertain to legislation, including the Canadian Human Rights Act and Ontario's Resident's Bill of Rights. Additionally, you will learn about informed consent and the importance of autonomy, dignity, privacy and confidentiality.
