Lambton College Photography Students to Showcase Work As Part of First Friday Events

SARNIA, April 3, 2025 – Lambton College’s talented Photography students are preparing to unveil their best work with a series of year-end photography exhibitions. The Lens On Lambton Photography Showcase is part of downtown Sarnia’s First Friday festivities taking place on Friday, April 4, 2025.

The showcase consists of three exclusive exhibitions featuring captivating images created by students, soon-to-be graduates, and faculty from Lambton College’s Photography program.

Event Schedule:

  • 6:30 p.m., Second-Year Student Showcase at Lawrence House Centre for the Arts (127 Christina St. North)
  • 8 p.m., First-Year Student Showcase at Downtown Market (140 Christina St. North)
  • 9 p.m., Faculty Showcase at ISO Bar (170 Christina St. North)

All three exhibitions will feature original works from Lambton’s students and faculty and are sure to appeal to photography enthusiasts, industry professionals, and anyone interested in visual storytelling. Guests will have the unique opportunity to engage with the artists, gain insight into their creative process, and experience the depth of talent emerging from Lambton College.

Limited spaces are still available in this program for September 2025. Interested applicants are invited to attend an upcoming Application Night, taking place from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16. Enrolment Advisors will be available to answer any questions and assist with the application process – as an added bonus, Lambton College will cover the cost of the application for students who apply during the event.
